End-User Support

This includes 24/7/365 remote support for all covered services from the in-house WIN Technology Support Center. It is located in the United States and is not outsourced. We encourage end users to contact the Support Center through our support portal or by phone. This creates a trouble ticket that is resolved according to defined escalation procedures and response times.
