WIN Technology values the communities our employees live in and prioritizes efforts that support the Chippewa Valley. As an organization, one way WIN engages with the business community is through its involvement with the Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce.
As an advocate for the business community, the Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce has served an important role in the Chippewa Valley for many years. One of the many ways the Chamber acts as a Catalyst for business growth, a Convener of leaders and influencers, and a Champion for strong community, is through organizing the Chippewa Valley Rally each year. This event is put on by the Chippewa Falls, Menomonie and Eau Claire Chambers of Commerce.
Over 120 community members from the Chippewa Valley, including WIN’s CEO, Scott Hoffmann, traveled to Madison for the 30th Chippewa Valley Rally. In addition to panel discussions, an address by Governor Evers, and a networking hour, attendees spent the day meeting with members of the Wisconsin State Legislature to talk about issues important to the Chippewa Valley.
“Thank you” was the theme of this year’s event, with many of the important economic priorities being enacted in the 2023-25 State Budget or other state legislation and action. Additional topics included:

- Workforce Shortages
- Tax Reform Initiatives
