Historically, almost all of our projects have been delivered by WIN’s employee resources located in the Upper Midwest. In a few instances, when the complexity of the project called for it, we invited highly qualified resources from our technology partners to collaborate with us and the client on the work. This was done with full awareness by the clients who were appreciative of our transparency and creativity in ensuring their project was successful.
